Ota Prepaid Vouchers being charged to accounts

Hi

Those who have accounts at Jets Pavillion please check your monthly statements. I have been charged for MTN subscription from April this year which I did not approve. Spoke to numerous people telling me that I will receive a credit on my account but I am still waiting gone 3 months now . cant wait to pay of this account and close this account . the level of service that I got from the employees of Jet is appalling
