Second Time in a Row, trolley missing

I have been buying from Makro crown mines every month, for the past 10 years,

But somehow, after Thomas Malada, left, service levels have dropped

I always do my own buying and leave a trolley with a note, and also show the designated person about my trolley, PENNY Is aware of this,

it takes atleast 3 hours to do all my purchases,

this year, it happened twice, my trolleys went missing, dont know how,

we follow the system what makro has set for customers,

i cant understand even if we keep a note with our details, still it goes missing,

there is no control, what goes on there,

besides, this, we keep on waitjng for our goods, and no one even informs us, untill we make to call to find out trolleys are missing,

I am very dissappointed with the service levels,

can anyone please take this matter seriously
