My future mother in law passwed away two weeks ago to date and she had an account with foschini with funeral plan.
I have faxed them her id and death certificate and no one got back to me.
Last week i called again they told me to fax fax more documents.
Today they tell me her son must complete a claim form from the branch and send his bank details for the a copy of his id and bank statement for the payout.
Why could this not have been told to me from inception of my query.
Instead no one ever answers teir phones at the branch when i tried to call.
