Packers are incredibly negligent

I shop at checkers, pay at the till and then almost everytime I get home there is an item missing. The item is on the slip so I did in fact pay for it, it just never ended up in the trolley. This has happened almost every time I have shopped at Cobble Walk Checkers. I don't know if the item are getting slipped away or what but there is ALWAYS something missing. I do my best to check that everything ends up in the trolley but it is difficult to keep tabs on everything when you are having to unload the trolley, pay and sign while the groceries are being packed into a different trolley at the end. This is becoming seriously irritating and am considering using a different supermarket.
