I was at checkers store at balfour park today... i wanted to withdraw money which was sent to me via money market... as advetised that we can withdraw money from the tellers instead of standing in a long line at the money market tills... i wanted to withdraw and i was told by the cashier that i cant withdraw because it jams up the machines and so i said to the teller that she must rather call a manager cause as far as im concerned we are able to withdrwa from the tellers unless its a false advertising... a manager by the name of Tshepo Mdluli came to assist... as i was busy telling him my problem he showed no interest and he wanted to cut me off while i was busy expaining... when i tried to expain feather he walked away saying im talking to much and im not giving him a chance to talk i mean he should atleast allowed me to expained my situation before he can expain his side of the story... and so i find that to be very rude espacialy coming from a so called fresh manager of a very reputable store... im very disapointed
