Staff member failing to help me to retrieve my pin

I went to Checkers at Cresta Mall where i was assisted by Ms Londeka Moloi to deposit money for my young brother on Friday 26-07-2013 through money market. The problem started when my brother clouldn't withdraw the money, because where He leaves they don't have money market of which i was no aware off, and then the next day I decided to go back to Checkers and withdraw money back, but only to find that i had forgot the pin number, but still had my receipt that was showing that i m the person who made the deposit.
The staff members who were working on that day 27-07-2013 they where not helpful at all, they were even making jokes about me and telling me that i have to go police station and make affidavit and open a bank account and after that have to wait 3Weeks until the matter will be solved and their manager was not helpful as well. Please Hellopeter help me because, I really don't understand why do, I have to go through a process like that for them to help me, I m so disappointed by the service I got that day, especially because i still have the receipt showing that the deposit was made by me...
