APPALLING SERVICE- CHECKERS SUNNINGHILL*SHOCKING*

Yesterday I went to CHECKERS SUNNINGHILL branch to withdraw money. I received a confirmation sms from my bank that the transaction was "successful" but the teller told me that on her side the machine was offline and she and the ADMIN MANAGER GRACE LEGODI assured me that it would reverse in a few minutes but it didn't and they asked if they could investigate and Grace would get back to me the next morning at 9'clock and she did not. I DROVE back and asked if they'd found anything as the monies was still not reversed on my side. She took the matter up the STORE MANAGER SHAUN MARVIS who accused me of being 'IRRATIONAL'. and putting me through to the "REGIONAL ADMIN MANAGER CRAIG DEBRUYN who refused to assist me and told me to go SORT IT OUT WITH MY BANK and I SHOULD ask them when will THEY reverse my money. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE AT CHECKERS SUNNINGHILL and even more SHOCKED by the DREADFUL ATTITUTE OF BOTH THE STORE MANAGER AND THE REGIONAL ADMIN MANAGER. THEY ARE TWO CHARACTERS ONE SHOULD NEVER ASSOCIATE WITH THEIR BUSINESS, THEYVE TAINTED THE IMAGE OF CHECKERS IN MY EYES AND PUT ME OFF COMPLETELY...
