The saga continues - nearly 3 weeks later and was promised a drop of curtain due to my complaint. Still waiting. Three months of debit orders already through and still have not got my new bedding set complete.

The toaster I returned due to it not working, response was that I would be credited on my account. I never wanted it credited!! I wanted a replacement. When I told them, they had to redo my order telephonically and I received the toaster yesterday. Once slice of toast to see if it was working and the slider knob breaks off. This is a R700 toaster. The first toaster I got, received a free recipe book - returned it with the broken toaster. New toaster received, no recipe book. Not sure if I must send toaster back as it costs me money to return it and takes weeks to get refund back - still waiting to see if it has been credited to my account.

Don't want to phone the call centre as they won't know about the curtain and when leaving message for someone to phone back, it never happens.
