Hi there, I would to extend my gratitude towards this young lady. She goes way beyond the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and welcomed in terms of her service delivery. I experience world class service when I go to her, she helps not only in her dept but always willing to assist with any need or query. I simply love coming to her for facials/makeovers as she makes it lots of fun, always smiling, never a dull moment, I leave there feeling like a queen in a 5star spa. Good service is really hard to find in SA these days especially the wow type and with Natalie I get that and more. I will never shop at any other clinque counter in truworths. I have had some really bad experiences at other clinque counters. Natalie is just one of a kind lady, she is an asset to Truworths and Clinque. A professional and super friendly lady. I'm totally wowed by her efficiency and manner she conducts with customers, "keeping them coming back" to the store. Thank you dear Natalie :) I shop at Truworths/Clinque-Galleria because of the extraordinary service I receive from you which I don't receive any where else.
