Unfortunately, someone bought me a RUSSEL HOBBS sandwich toaster. fromj CLICKS It is horrible.
The toasting plates do not stay in place and I have to hold the top plate in while a close the machine.
It makes the most awful toasted sandwiches - I can't serve them.
I want this thing taken away and my money replaced.
I have written to Hello Peter before about this but DO NOT GET A REPLY from the company.
