I am quite annoyed by Russell's Store action of miss-billing my mom. My mom had paid her monthly instalments (June) but she keeps on getting a letter and sms that she has not paid. She took her time out of work and wasted her petrol to go to the Russell's stores, they looked at her file and find out that she has paid, apparently the guy that assisted my mom said he will fax to his head office the proof of payment that is not done. She bought the TV and was asked to take the TV licence and later cancelled the deal because she was not given the TV set that she required after waiting for two weeks and she was given a cheap version for the price of the TV set that she had purchased, they cancelled the deal successful but not the TV licences subscription as it was promised. For the wait she was compensated with a toaster by the store manager. After cancelling the deal she was asked to return the toaster or pay and amount of R179.00 by a lady that works at the customer services at the store and to be honest she was rude. She paid the R179 for the gift toaster at the store because she was not expecting the store to take it back as it was a compensation.
