Feedback and damaged delivered goods

Requested 3 times for the availability of a bookcase. Feedback not received as promised. When it was delivered at last, door and back panel were broken. I was promised that item was inspected before delivery (Junior). People involved were Junior, Frans and? Berlinda (Department Manager) I have a lot of additional information if needed.
