Really dissapointed with Auto Umhlanga

My car was at Auto Umhlanga for repairs, yes they did a good job, however my patience with them regarding this one issue, is gone.
I took pictures of my car when it went in for the repairs. When it came back, a ciggarette lighter cap was missing. I emailed Junior asking for it, never got a response for two full weeks. I had to call AutoUmhlanga, only to find that Junior's mailbox was not working, so he hadn't received my mail. Then I fowarderd the mail to the receptionist, Yvonne, with the picture of the missing cap. He promised to order the cap, when the guy came to deliver it, it was a wrong cap.
I called Junior about this and he said he was going to order the correct one. Another week passed and I didn't hear anything. I called on Friday (15-11-2013), Junior advised that he had been on leave. I asked for the cap, he tried to find out what had happened and by the look of things it was not ordered. He promised to get back to me by cob on Friday and did not. How much more chasing up do I still need to do because I am fed up now.
