So i ask you how am i to respond to this... we have sent out over 7000 units without any problems of this nature so if you could kindly return the sets you received we will refund you the money you paid for our products.

As per the consumer act they guide the consumer in unlawful transactions but they do not assist the consumer with the quality of purchase as once the consumer has purchased a product the owness is on the consumer, if it's a repair or replacement then the act states that we as a supplier need to offer 3-6 months standard manufactures warranty in which we always do with all our products.

Pathetic i would say what do you do when something breaks and people take more than 6 months to get back to you... well i throw it away, and if the knife set was so good why did mine BREAK??? oh yes they send me pathetic knives and think it will make up for a knife and fork set... can you tell me if you think that is right. please get yourself a manager that is interested in keeping your name high not some mickey mouse.
