On Saturday afternoon, 27/04/2013 @ 14:05, I returned a Teal Blazer, stock item, 3107810894112, it being too small for my daughter, even though I took a bigger size. Not having a larger size after that I opted to have it refunded and shop elsewhere as her sister's party was on the very same night.
As it was a debit card transaction she refunded the amount back to my card. I did notice no activity alerting me to the card refund, but figured its Saturday. Yesterday, it being a business day, 29/04/2013, I went instore to querry the refund not reflecting to my account. The saleslady for starters questioned the fact that the cashier helping me on Saturday should have refunded me in cash, since it was a debit card. However the transaction has been refunded. Nothing they can do about it, I must just wait. It's probably the bank. I asked her if she has any idea that it takes me 2 taxi's to get to Somerset West and back, will Mr Price refund me that too or Not? It was rethorical, but she straight out said no to me, I will just have to return again.
I do feel rather inconvenienced. Why didn't she just pick up the phone there and then? Still no refund. She not even took my name or number.
