I have sent in my wedding ring for re size about -2-3 months ago. Up until today I was informed that the amount is going to be R1400.00 and then R690.00 and then at last I paid R180.00 for the re-sizing. I have numerously contacted this store for my ring and about two weeks ago went to the store to confront them personaly. I was informed my ring was stil at the workshop. I left and when I got home they phoned me and said the ring was there I can pick it up. I fetched my ring and paid the amount just to get rid of this people. At home i saw that my wedding band had 6 stones missing laying in the plastic bag they gave it in. I went in and said that I am going to request an attorney to assist me with this because it seems that nobody is listening to me regarding this. they informed me that they will phone me back on the 7th of August 2013 (i am still waiting) Numerous phone calls was made regarding this matter and in store customers complaint about the service of American Swiss. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE even if you paid R200 for the ring or R10000. I am now fed up.
