I have vouchers which I am unable to retrieve off my mobile device, and PC- having called into your contact center, and having explained the issues, the assistant on the phone mentioned that she couldnt access the system, but would transfer me to IT. I then sat on the line and held... and held... and held... and held... and held... and held... and held... and held... and held... My cell doesnt have an unlimited battery life, so I called customer service 0860000827 back again, hoping they'd be able to access my vouchers. they (same useless dimwit) couldnt/wouldnt, and even though I insisted that I didnt want to be transferred again, she was non-apologetic, and then advised me to visit the store closest to me.
Now, the last time I had hassles with vouchers, at my local store (Musgrave); I was then asked to call the contact center from my cell (which was at home) as they couldnt do it from the store. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... If this loyalty system is creating more problems than it is benefits, how in the heck and I supposed to feel "warm fuzzy feelings".
