I was in Spar Zevenwacht Mall this evening 2013-08-03 @ 20h00.
As i was walking past a customer, one of her items in the trolley, a 2 litre milk, fell out.
The client was using a basket trolley and it was OVERLOADED!!!
As the milk hit the ground it burst and it resulted in that the milk spilled onto my jeans and takkies. The takkies are just over a week old.
Both my legs of my jeans was covered in milk, and some silled onto my takkies too.
Milk is a product that leaves a smell to clothing if it is messed.
I then reported and expalined it to the till point supervisor, Anthea.
I asked her who is responsible in such a instance, the customer or the store?
Her response was "the store."
Vision came to see me.
His response was "the store".
Theunis (store manager) was on duty.
His response was "it was an accident" so no one is responsible.
The customer then approached Theunis and interruppted my conversation.
I then saw that Theunis was not going to do anything about the situation, so then i just walked away.
So now I am at home on a Saturday evening at 20h30, having to was my clothes to get the milk smell out. I was on my way out for the evening and now i had to cancel my plans.
