Still waiting on my vouche

I bought the OMO 2kg as I am a regular OMO user. I've purchased the 2kg with the PROMO on and I am still waiting to receive or to be contacted with regard to the restaurant voucher I picked. This is very disappointing.
I cannot get through to the lines and leaving a message also does not help.
