We purchased a base set My First Sealy 03072103- within one week the mattress dipped in the middle. a week later after my complaint we were replaced with a bed on the 17072013 after 3day s the mattress dipped. the communication between the staff is extremely poor, do not return calls and they always pass the buck. all i wanted was to return the bed and get my money back. i was messed around for a week before i finally got my money back, i will not recommend anyone to purchase from them as the quality and service stinks. the administration and sales persons do not have the capacity to deal with the customer. i will never recommend this company to anyone. There are many reputable company's that one can deal with. PLEASE BEWARE CONSUMERS.
