NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER

I did i inquiry at the store i phone in regarding the billing on my account, one lady picked up trying to help. I told her my story and ask her if she can get me a copy of my contract, by law a company must keep 5 years paper work. so she said she will she what she can do. She come back and said she cant help me, i heard that the lady ask in the background who is it and the respond Mr Ismail. Nawaal respond give the phone here let me talk to him. she took the phone, telling me i must pay. I told her I'm not going pay, i made a example of something she got rude on the phone telling me bye... repeating it, I told her she will pay for there mistake. i ask whats your name she respond Nawaal and bye and she dropped the phone on me. All i ever gotten from russells is problems. Very bad in the customer service and manner in helping. good to help when you need a sale but rude when help is needed.
