Rude and unacceptable mode of contact

Just had a call from a supposed MTN call centre wanting to confirm all my details. After telling the lady that I wont give out my ID number without her giving me the first two digits to confirm she is from MTN she told me that if I have any problems in future I must phone 808 and dropped the phone in my ear.

To MTN, how can you expect me to give out details to a stranger if you are not able to confirm that they are indeed from MTN? The last thing I want to do is give ALL my sensitive details to a stranger in these days where is on an all time high! Next time when you phone me, at least provide me with some verification before aksing me for my sensitive data! And tell your people not to drop the phone, it is rude and gives your company a bad name!! Go listen to the call, since I was told all calls are recorded...
