I have been trying to cancel my data account (expiring this month) since Thursday. But obviously MTN retains their customers by making it impossible to get a hold of them.

Emailed Greenstone MTN, lady told me to phone 808, phoned 808 and 809 NUMEROUS times. One option says they will email you the necessary docs, but NEVER got the emails. Press 0 to talk to a consultant, but the call kept dropping as soon as I pressed 0. Went to Fourways - they cant assist. Went to Bedford centre, they couldnt assist, told me to phone 808. When I tried telling the guy I have been trying to phone 808 since Thursday, he took my cellphone and showed me how to phone 808. SERIOUSLY!!! I am not an, I know how to use a phone!!! Get your house in order to actually respond to the phone calls!!!
