I go to the pick n pay i have gone to for years. I stand in line by the Kiosk, I was patiently waiting my turn to pay, as I stand there, two guys come to the counter and hands the cashier their Lotto ticket to check, she checks it and afterwards helps them with their groceries. I told her that they pushed in and that she does nothing about it. The cashier ignores me completely, I asked her if she heard me, she looks at me with disgust and says with the highest of impoliteness "Sorry", it is unacceptable and extremely rude. I asked her to call the manager, she first carries on helping other people and taking her time to call the manager. She finally went to call the manager, I waited for nearly 10mins and decided to leave because neither the cashier nor the manager came to me. I don't know why the service has to be so poor.
