NO RESPONSE

I have been waiting a few days regarding a query for an item, I've had one call to say there is no stock at the vaal branch, yet when I called Makro vaal myself, they suddenly had "PLENTY" stock! I've also queiried from Makro Cust Serv regarding a purchase on my account yet still no response
