I ordered an ATM from [URL Removed] specifically because they advertise a 24 hour delivery time. When the 24 hour deadline was approaching and my parcel hadn't arrived, I called the courier to follow up, only to be told that the parcel would in fact be delivered 48 to 72 hours after the order! I contacted [URL Removed] via their website, not really expecting a reply. However, within 15 minutes I had a reply from Verona Wilson, who made sure that my parcel was delivered on time, just outside of the 24 hour deadline! Well done Verona!!
