I went to game trade route mall today looking for a phone that i can get whatsapp on... Wow should have went earlier on in the day cause clearly this woman was eager to go home cause she clearly didnt listen to me...
I specifically asked her to give me a cheap phone that has whatsapp... She showed me one phone and gave me another after i went to pay. I asked her more than 5times. Does this phone have watsapp she continued to say yes.
I get home and find that ive waisted my money. This stupid phone she recommended doesnt have watsapp... After asking for than 5 times!!!
I need this phone changed so can someone there with knowledge of phones suggest what i do as i feel its unfair for me to keep. Phone after i specifically asked for a specific option in the phone i need!!!
I need my specific request granted asap even if i have to pay more as this isnt my fault that your sales consultants are not trained in phones
