Bad service from Staff and Manage

I brought my shoes to this outlet in Jabulani Mall Soweto on the 30/07/13 to have them repaired. Their service promise is "While u Wait". I left my shoes at 11:30 in the morning and had an agreement with the staff that all will be done by 3pm.

I arrived at 3 pm to find none of my shoes where touched. They said it will be done by the next day 31/07/13. I arrived at the outlet @ 9:30 am o find shoes not finished. I was told the shoes will be taken to another branch as they did not have the equipment at this shop to do the work. Was told to turn 12 noon the following day.

I arrived t the shop at 1 pm, to find my shoes not done.

I requested the number of the manager, her name was not disclosed, no. 073 226 8118. The response I got from her was I must just wait.
