Its been 9 months since i have logged a complain with Morkels and even today they have not come back. The respond i get is that they are coming, and they have been saying that for the past nine months.
i have bought sofas at Morkels and they were out of quality within a month, and i have raised my complain with the store manager who is forever giving me the above responce.
