In 2009 I bought a house with RBA apparently Morkels store and RBA were running a competition, I won a voucher worth R2000 then I went to Morkels in Brits I bought myself a TV stand worth R2199 and gave a different of R199.
According to my understanding that was a cash deal, two later I got a call debt collectors to say I owe Morkels stores R2000. I went to Morkels Brits I got credit controller cause manager in charge by then was no more working at that branch. The credit controller confirmed to say it was a cash transaction, took my details to say she will take it up with head office everything went queit I thought they got their mistake and is resolved.
Now again after two years which today got a call from debit collector to say I owe Morkels R2000 their no. 031 538 4306 attention Ntsako ref no. 3311940 and asked him email a contract with Morkels but it can take month.
As client I worried I might blacklisted for something I don't have contract with, could somebody from Morkels assist with the contract as ASAP if I the contract say it was not cash deal I will pay urgently if don't let them clear my name.
