I would like to lodge another complain, I purchased lounge suit on credit but managed to pay the remaining balance in full during November, however one couch had default and was taken on that same month. 3 weeks back I called morkels head office and lodged a complaint with you guys but the lady was rude kept asking me if I have spoken with the manager, which I told her repeatedly. NOTHING has been done about the couch
The branch is MABOAPNE CENTRAL CITY
It pains me because my father bought couches two years back and he didn't pay the instalment for two months then morkels truck was outside to reposes but when it is the other way round things are relaxed, I don't get feedback about the couch, ive always been warned to not purchase anything at morkels, I shall spread the word of your bad service
