PAYING FOR NO SERVICE

Ive complained via every platform out there, email, customer care hotline etc but Ive got no results.

In December my cellphone got, my network provider was slow in giving me my ITC number. I was assured by some faceless and nameless email from Edgars that I could still make the claim. But when I tried to put in a claim I was told I couldnt. As so I asked to cancel this insurance since it doesnt help or service its customers.

To this day I am still paying and Ive asked countless times for this to be cancelled.

Edgars is my money!!!
