After my report, I received a call from a Miss/Mrs Jayschree Pillay, who actually took the time to go over the paperwork, efficiently, understood the account and sorted out the problem. I have not heard from Electric Express again, and clearly she has a passion for her position and is a people's person. They wasted so many calls, and months, instead of taking heed of the account and also taking note that we get credit of R40.000 at a time, why would we ignore and not pay our last installment.
