My husband Matthew Thomas purchased an Idaho lounge suite almost two weeks ago. Delivery was promised YesterdayWe called in the evening and no surprise, they had not booked it for delivery. We were promised today and we made it clear that it would have to be after 5:30 since we work. Today the driver called my husband at 14:45 and said he wanted to deliver. This of course did not work for us. My husband called the store and apparently not one of those helpful folk even had the drivers number. We were told hopefully it would arrive tonight. Needless to say it didn't. Funny how when we purchased the couch we didn't say hopefully the payment would go through. We have paid in full. We want our couches. And not a load of empty promises.
