Very bad Management

I bought my husband a police watch in the last week of December 2012. A week and half later the watch broke where you set the time, We took it in Edgars telling me that we are going to wait almost 2 menthes for police. Secondly they said there is going to be a cost fee. With this they took the watch send the watch in on the 16-01-2013. I phone twice where management gave me very very poor service. The third time I phone was today the 22-01-2013 (Dennis the manager) was very unhelpful and gave poor service. He sad that I bought the watch in good condition and will pay a fee. I asked that someone can follow up and then I he cut me sort and said he will come back to me he didn't even take my details nothing and put the phone down in my ear. This is not the first time I experience bad service at Centurion Mall Edgars. Am very unhappy, I bought a brand new watch of 1500.00 and now I must pay for something to get fixed that wasn't even our fault, and then I get very poor performance from the place that I bought the watch.
