I bought a 2 piece bedroom suite from Lewis Stores in Nelspruit on the 17th of Jan 2013 and they promised to deliver it the same day, of which they didn't. They only delivered the next day after I had made numerous calls to the store. Upon delivery, I noticed that the goods were not in good condition and had dents and the cover was peeling off. I notified themand they promised that they will look into it the next day, Saturday by 12h00. I went to the store on Saturday to report it and they promised me that they will exchange it on Monday the 21st. They didn't arrive and Lucky called to notify me that the assembler was not in. Hence, they couldn't come. Tuesday, the 22nd they supposed to exchange. I then called Lucky and the store to find out why they didn't arrive. Again, I was told the assembler didn't report for work. I now feel inconvenienced and I'm beggining to regret why I bought from them. I always have to call them for updates and they don't seem to be going the extra mile to solve my problem. They have now promised me that they will exchange it tomorrow 23rd and I am asking for assistnce should they not respond by COB tomorrow.
