On friday I visited the shop and the sales person checked the stock on a specific finish of wood flooring, According to the " system" there was 101 boxes in stock. This morning I went there to get a printed quotation on 60 boxes with all the extras. this afternoon we got there to buy the stuff and after we waited 20 minutes for someone to help us, the quote increased with almost a R1000-00, I said its fine anyone can make a mistake we went to pay luckaly before the payment went through the salesw person came yelling in there stop stop, There is no stock in the storeroom they cant find any of the flooring we want that shows a 101 boxes in stock.
