I Mr Keke Rantsatsi visited GAME store at the West Gate Centre on 29 August 2013.
A SONY 6.2BLURAY Component was on a "mark-down" sale for R4, 500.00.
Conditions: 1. Amplifier Comp is from repairs - 2. The Blue Ray DVD player is not available.
I purchased this component - Was given a 12 months guarantee.
Upon connecting and testing it after 1 week, it could "Go- on power" but was not working. I took it upon myself to request my daughter's AMPs (almost similar) to test the "Speakers." -
Which are 100% perfectly in a working order.
I then phoned Game and explained the situation - was advised to bring only "AMP components" whenever I got time off from work.
On 18 September 2013 I took the components in (2 x Amps). They were apparently taken in and a month later I received a call from the external (from Game) technicians giving me a quotation for R1, 8 .
I visited the Game Customer Services and the lady said I shouldn't worry they will handle the matter.
On 17 October 2013 I received 2 SMSes from Game reading: "GAME WESTGATE would like to inform MR RANTSATSI that your Repair item is back in store awaiting your collection".
