It's been an ongoing problem in this store
Last week I went to the store three times and in those three visits I've experienced the same problem.
with a couple of items on the basket, I go to the express till (baskets only) and after being on a very long line of people for about 15min, because there are only two people max working on those till one of the employees approach me and tell me that it's for students only. When I ask where the sign is they have no answer. So I'm force to go stand at the end of the huge trolley line that also have only 4-5 people working. Now it's another 30-45min that I stand in line. Sadly my father had the exact same experience yesterday except his was worse. He stood on the basket line, and as a recent norm he was told that it was only for students. When he asked the employee where a sign was, the employee rudely told him to get out of the line and once he was @ the other line he would get an explanation.

I find this is a truly pathetic considering the brand name.
The management of this place is ether joke or just non existent.
