Hygiene appauling

I enjoyed shopping at Pick? Pay until the day I walked into Pick? Pay Northam. The entire store smells of URINE. People push in whilst you standing at the till points to pay. Shoppers leave there trolly/basket in the line whilst they do more shopping andf when you get there to pay they push in as there basket was first in line. Management do nothing about the situation. The tellers are very slack and work on a go-slow attitute.

I will think again about shopping there. Sorry you lost a valuable custome
