Jet is good for life if you had a month to live and wanted to shop there probably, because they apparently have only a 30 day return policy.my wife bought my 6 yr old son shoes worth over a R100 at a jet store in late may and the sole tore loose from the upper shoe.when we tried returning it with proof of payment we were told that its normal wear and they have a 30 day return policy.so if you compare this policy with Mr price and pep stores even you will realize that for you to have a 30 day policy it most likely incriminates you of selling utter RUBBISH, possibly rejects even because Mr price have a 90 day return policy.normal wear? my son only wore it weekends.not even two months over a weekend only period and its normal wear? i will NEVER buy from any edcon group again.not even if its a liquidation sale, with such poor rubbish quality clothing.jet good for life? maybe for the terminally ill with one month left yeah.
