I bought a Circa shoe from Bronx in N1 city weared the shoes for a week it came loose from the sole so i took it back to the shop then they told me that there Policy is NO CASH REFUNDS and that they have to send it back to the supplier there for they will tell the shop if i can get a new shoe or they can repair it so i say ok so then i had to wait 4 weeks, 4weeks came and 4 weeks went so the 5th week i phone them they said yes i can come get a new shoe after they say they would phone me back went to the shop no they don't have stock they only have a size 8 they can order it for me the Friday and it will be there Monday once again they said they will phone me which they never did so i phoned them monday afternoon yes my shoe is there ok went to go fetch it brand new shoes fetch it the Tuesday the wensday it came loose again from the sole phone tell them the shoe came loose o sorry SIR the POLICY of the shop is you can only return it once after that we only glue it no more returns on new shoes... I never heard of you can only return you re shoe once and after that they just glue it and that takes a nother 4-5 weeks... Never would i even recommend anyone to go buy shoes there. Bad service
