I bought a pair of earphones 31/05/13 at the Musica in Stellenbosch the cashier who helped said that if I find a problem with them I can bring them back within 6months but I need to provide my proof of purchase so on saturday 27/07/13 I went to the store because they aren't working and I get told that I need to bring the box in which the item was sold even though I have the proof of purchase? Who still keeps packaging of something like earphones if they have the slip?? I don't think this was fair I'm a student and paid a large amount of money for them just because I don't have the packaging so I can't be helped??
