December I purchased earphones from a Musica branch. After 6months these earphone had broken so I took them back to the Brooklyn branch and explained the situation to the female manager that was present (not sure of her name). With no arguing or complaining she simply said "please go look on the shelf and choose a new pair" with a smile on her face. I'd just like to say thank you for your great service and I will definitely shop there again.
