On the 30.10.113, I bought a set of ear phone only to discover week before last that the right plug is defective & today I called the Musica call centre & was told to return them from where I bought them, which I just did only to be met by a bad attitude store manager who tested them & told me he cannot take them back because I did not have the original packing, but I have a receipt, he told me to go away as he cannot take the loss, what utter nonsense is this? where do I as customer fit in your store politics and in fighting?
Is this the kind of service you people sell? Is this how you treat your customers? I will never ever buy anything from Musica ever & will make sure that everybody knows about your bad service and the bad attitude including defects you sell (as I have started on twitter), I am beyond been shocked, on the receipt it does not state anything about returning the original packaging, only the proof of purchase, you guys are and liars...
