Dear customers MAKRO is one of that companies that is only willing to receive your hard earned money and totally forgor about you. They are the most badest company when it comes to after sales service. I bought a SINOTEC TV 42' with a 5 year (walk in guarantee that means a replacement) When I took the set to them they denying everything and I was forced to book it for repairs. So the 5 year guarantee is only a selling HOAX, and nothing more. I must sit now without a TV untill they repair mine, paid nearly R9000.00 for no service and they cant tell me how long this will take. I`m also in the prosess of reporting this issue to the Sout African Consumer Protection unit. Please read under the heading MAKRO and you will be shock how many customers are treated without respect and dignity, rather buy at another company that are willing to provide there customers with real service.
