BAD SERVICE!!!

I bought a Samsung Washing machine last year i seem to have lost the proof of purchase
The unit is now faulty i called Game Southgate to inform them i had lost the slip is it possible
For me to get a reprint and i was told they can not assist me as they have moved to the centre
And my machine was bought when they were still in Value Market.!!! Wow so its unfortunate the
System has been completely changed and there is nothing they can do... I asked Michelle to speak
To someone who has access to assist and she told me it was done and there is nothing they can do.
So i have a unit that is faulty and samsung would like to have the proof of purchase for warranty
Repairs. CAN SOMEONE WHO HAS MORE OF CLIENTS INTEREST ASSIST IN THIS ISSUE PLEASE THIS
IS NOT FAIR ON SAMSUNG AS A BRAND.MY NUMBER IS 078 642 2015.
