BAD SERVICE NO REFUND AFTER A MONTH

I went to purchase some items amounting to 8 hundred rands and some cents and my cheque account was debited twice, i returned to the shop with my bank statement and i got a run around. i have gone to the shop on several occassions and they keep saying a refund will be done i should wait. After a month still there is no refund. No one bothers to even make any follow up i have to call them and even go to the shop. Emily first said she is contacting the relevant department then later said she has given this issue to her collegue. Im very frustrated as R800 is a lot of money that i had budgeted for other things
