On 13 March 2013 I phoned Musica Brooklyn looking for Thonet & Vander LAUT speakers. I was informed that they only had a demo set available, but that they can get a new set for me. I informed them that I will purchase the set on Friday, 15 March and I was assured that it will be available.
On Thursday, 14 March I phoned to enquire that the speakers will be available and I was assured that it will be.
On Friday, I phoned Musica to confirm and I was told that the speakers will be delivered before 10:00. I then received a voice mail informing me that the speakers was received at the store.
On arriving at the store, I found that the incorrect speakers was delivered.
The manager then told me not to worry, as the correct set was ordered and is on it's way and will be delivered at the store before 12:00.
After many and different excuses, nothing was available at the store. Even after Musica Head Office was phoned, no results.
The company obviously cannot render good customer service, but rather to their customers.
