I was contacted by CUM Card Division to ask if I would be interested in a CUM card and for that I will receive R600 discount vouchers. My first question was what must I spend to qualify for the R 600 vouchers? The answer was as much as I like. I went to my nearst branch to fetch my card after approval and was told that I can only use the vouchers as follows: Spend R900 to use R300 voucher; Spend R600 to use R200 voucher and spend R300 to use R 100 voucher. This was not that was sold to me over the phone! I must now spend R 1800 to qualify for R600 discount Vouchers! I told them what they can do with their card and vouchers and will never buy from them again.
